“Napolact BIO” is the certified organic product line of the company, launched in 2015 to respond to growing consumer demand for ecological and natural dairy.

The bio line includes: organic milk (various fat contents), drinking yogurt, natural yogurt, buttermilk, butter, various cheeses (cheese & cottage‑type), and other fermented dairy products.

All lactose/dairy products in the bio range are made from cow’s milk coming exclusively from certified organic farms — chosen for clean environment, sustainable practices, and compliance with ecological standards.

From the very beginning we chose honesty and transparency and rapidly converted from conventional to organic agriculture. Our first company, Farm Ecolact SRL (“organic milk farm”), marked the start of what became Romania’s pioneering, exclusively organic integrated chain. Key milestones include cereal and feed production (2007), conversion to organic (2008), milk production (2010), combined feed (2011), cold-pressed oil (2017), dairy processing (2020), calf fattening (2021), meat processing (2022), and the launch of our own store network (2023).

We currently produce fresh cheese, feta, butter, cream, and recently began bottling whole milk, alongside beef and cold-pressed oils from Romanian sunflower and rapeseed.

Klaus SRL is a Romanian dairy producer founded in 1994, based in Tecuci, Galați County. The company is the creator and owner of the Artesana brand, one of Romania’s most recognized names in premium artisan dairy. Built as a family business, Klaus SRL combines traditional craftsmanship with modern food safety standards, delivering authentic, clean-label dairy products.

Artesana is known for its minimally processed, natural dairy products, made from carefully selected milk sourced from local farms.
