bioromania.org is a project developed by the “Asociația 100% pentru mediu” (100% for the Environment Association), which undertakes a firm commitment to process personal data in complete safety.

You may access the website without telling us who you are, and we do not require any form of registration in order to access the information.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
By accessing certain areas that contain forms (for example, contact forms), you agree that your personal data may be collected, stored, used and transferred to us and our partners for one of the following purposes:

This is the only reason why we request complete information about the petitioner’s identity. This information is stored in complete safety and deleted from the database immediately after the action initiated by the petitioner has achieved its purpose. If you have any concerns about providing personal data, we invite you to send the petition templates directly from your own email account.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account, have left comments, or have completed forms on bioromania.org, you can request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Security and technical information
When you use the bioromania.org website, you should know that it is secured via HTTPS with a Let’s Encrypt certificate and that your browser may make a request that may transmit your IP address and your browser’s user agent string, which may be unique. We do not use this data to build profiles or to identify individuals.
